Returns:
If you're interested to make a return, you must obtain authorization from us within 3 days of receipt of the item for a store credit only. All returned pieces must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect a piece has been used or if a return is made without prior authorization. Note that no shipping charges will be refunded and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact kari@haldisjewelry.com for authorization.
Any custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
